This Program is for the Dad who is Time Poor.
Wants to keep fit but struggles getting to the gym.
Has a set of dumbbells and a medicine ball or can access or purchase them and has 15-20 Minutes a day where he needs something short and sharp to get the job done.
He also wants the flexibility of being able to do it from his living room or in the back yard.
-5 SESSIONS A WEEK
-ONLY 15-20MIN PER SESSION
-CAN BE DONE FROM HOME
-MINIMAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED
-8 WEEKS LONG
-VIDEO BASED DEMONSTRATIONS
* This program has to be manually set up so please allow us time to apply this program to you and send the email instructions once we have completed it. We are in Australia so unless its overnight when we are asleep it will happen within a couple of hours. Enjoy :)
