You only need to improve on yesterday’s healthy eating, workout, time with children, sleep, new business idea, more water etc by 1% each day.
It doesn’t need to happen straight away. But over 100 days your world can change in ways you didn't think was possible. 💯
3 months to 100% improve on anything you're wanting to do? Sounds pretty good to me!
