If you continue to do what you have always done. You will continue to see the results you have always had, good, bad or otherwise.

Break the pattern get out of your comfort zone. Start getting comfortable being uncomfortable because this is truly where the magic happens.

You have one shot at this life. Don't take it for granted, don’t  put things off until tomorrow and don't get to 50/60/70 years old and wish you did this and that back in when you were younger. Because that day where you could be doing it is today. What you don’t do today is your future regret.

Change your training routine if its getting old and stale.

Change your diet up if not seeing the results you want.

Change your job if you hate it.

Don't feel like you have to stay in the same routine ongoing just because society or your parents say its a good thing or your scared of what they or someone online might think of you if you change.

Go crush the day. Do it with purpose and do it for your family. You kids are watching.
